to carry less-than-full truckloads, palletized cargo, general cargo
etc.
Due
to
greater
demands
in
the
transportation
of
palletized
and
LTL
cargo,
the
Noma
Van
Semi-Trailer
is
fitted
with
inside
slats
made
in
galvanized
steel
profiles,
ensuring
an
environment
that
is
free
from
fungi
and
bacteria.
Additionally,
the
lining
made
of
aluminum
sheets
completes
the
cargo
box
sealing
and
ensures
the
cargo
is
protected.
Engineering
studies
and
the
use
of
highly
resistant
materials
have
made
the
Fênix
Line
Van
lighter
and
capable
of
holding
more
cargo.
The round-profile framed chassis ensures the speed,
safety and stability conditions which are essential when transporting
palletized and LTL cargo.
The inside height of the box has been increased, making
it possible to carry a greater volume and making access easier for
higher cargo, thus making loading and unloading faster.
The
floor
has
been
reinforced
through
the
use
of
hang-glider
-
shaped
crossbeams.
That
has
improved
the
3/16
checkered
plate
support,
making
the
floor
steadier.
The
front
columns
are
roll-formed
in
duralumin,
wider,
and
more
structured.
The
front
panel
is
treated
with
a
pre-coated
steel
sheet.
The
side
panel
bottom
skirt
uses
wider,
sturdier
duralumin
profiles
that
make
the
cargo
box
more
resistant
and
improve
its
attachment
to
the
chassis.

Besides the innovative design, the new round shape of the chassis has eliminated stress points and made it even more resistant and beautiful.
INSIDE FRAME
In compliance with the strictest transportation standards, the Noma Van cargo box is fitted with inside slats made in galvanized steel profiles, ensuring an environment that is free from fungi and bacteria.
FRONT SECTION
The front columns are roll-formed in duralumin, wider, and more structured. The front panel is treated with a pre-coated steel sheet.
FLOOR
For back access, the 3/16(4.76 mm) thick checkered steel sheet floor allows forklift traffic without damage to the floor, reinforced by the use of hang-glider- shaped crossbeams.
