The forestry line was designed with a high
cargo capacity for transporting logs of reforested wood.
The engineering design resulted in equipment
with the lowest tare weight available in the market due to the use of high
resistance steel, maintaining the robustness of Noma products.
The structure of the cargo box was totally remodeled
with the use of stanchions made of high resistance plates.
The attachment system, along with the longeron,
allows for greater flexibility in the positioning and the quantity of
stanchions.
The chassis was designed to be resistant and
flexible, eliminating tension on the longerons.
The suspension is light and robust, built with
totally stamped supports, reinforced with ribbing and a significant reduction
in welding and tension points.
The ratchets for tying cargo use appropriate
belts with major traction capacity, in compliance with the current legislation.
STANCHIONS THAT ARE RESISTANT AND EASILY REMOVABLE
The stanchions were redesigned using high resistance steel plates. This significantly reduced the tare weight, maintaining the necessary resistance and flexibility to correctly transport and properly fit the wooden logs.
LONG LASTING LIGHTS
Lateral and rear LED lights is a new technology that replaces the incandescent lamps, lasting up to 100 times longer. Not only does it make the light more aesthetically pleasing, the LEDs reduce the risk of the lights burning out, thus avoiding accidents and fines.
RESISTANT FRONT
The new front and back panels were designed according to current legislation, using structural steel plates with reembroidered holes that increase resistance and allow for wind to pass through.
